The hotel was comfortable and amazing. The location was particularly good - a short walk to everywhere we needed. It was right by the outlet shopping center, coffee, and the Jersey's Garden mall.

I had a great time staying here; the hotel is conveniently located and my room was spacious with a kitchen and a nice bathroom.

Comfortable beds, a cozy seating area, a convenient writing desk, and ironing amenities provided in the room.

The staff are very nice and ready to help whenever you need them. The proximity to the jersey garden mall where it was easy for us to do our shopping.

Location near airport and outlet center

Unfortunately this accommodation was the very worst we ever had. We have booked non-smoking room and got smoking room, which smell really badly. I have called for shuttle from the airport and according to the information from hotel staff we should wait for 5 minutes for it. After 40 minutes I have to call again since no shuttle has appeared. I have got information that he is on his way and arrive in 2 minutes. I had to wait for another 20 minutes instead. Driver was rude and had no interest to help us with heavy baggage. For quite high price the service was absolutely inapropriet. We also had to wait quite long time at the reception when other people were complaining to their accommodation. Unfortunately no hotel manager was present nor at the evening neither during the next day so we were unable to solve this situation and get any compensation or anything else.

The place was alright, quite clean overall. The location rocks, super close to an outlet mall. The staff here? Top-notch, all very polite and awesome 😊.

The clerk canceled my booking the next day with Booked.net and charged my card more. Extremely dishonest place and horrible rooms.

I really liked staying here and would do so again, especially because of its fantastic location near a shopping mall and the airport in a comfortable and pleasant setting.
